Cruel Villain

You're not really bad, you just dress like you are.  But if you want to be the villain of the story, then this costume has you covered.  This lovely dress is black and white with "dalmatian" print sleeves.  Dress is high/low skirt on the small-large and is slit to the knee on the plus sizes.   Smaller sized costumes have a low back slit,  a tall collar with a dalmatian print, red satin gloves, and a black cigarette holder.  Plus size all so has a tall dalmatian print collar, deep v neckline, red satin gloves and a black cigarette holder.  Perfect for a certain cruel, fur loving villain.
