The Roaring 20's are back baby, and you can party the decade away in this teal and purple beauty.  This flapper dress features a zig zag hem with fringe detailing.  The teal dress is covered in sequins, front and back.  The mesh around the neckline is alluring while the cap sleeves have sequins and attached fringe. Purple underdress adds a touch of modest to the short zig zag hem.  Dress zips up back for a snug fit.  Costume also includes a stretchy purple sequin headband.  Complete the look with pearls, gloves and bracelets, sold separately.
