Harlequin Collar

If you have a love for clowning around, this is a great collar for your outfit.   This wonderful collar is two layers of white ruffled fabric.  Collar ruffles are 4 1/2inches wide.  These collars are trimmed with a black zig zag all around the edges.  Fluff before wearing.  Collar has an elastic neckband and will fit most all adults.  Good for clowns, both good and bad, royals and more.
