Sea Monster Sprazy Hat

For years, you were considered a myth made up by sailors who had a little to much rum.  Well destroy the myth when you spring from the depths and spray them with water!  This adorable sea monster hat from elope will make anyone a believer.  This oh so cute green lame hat  is foam-backed metallic knit hat that has hook & loop fastener size-adjustment band in broadcloth lining.  The metallic material is printed with loads of scales.  Hat has embroidered eyes and foam backed fins on top & sides along with a soft sculpted snout.  A pocket on the side hides the squeeze bulb.   Bulb is attached to tubing that threads through top of hat to base of snout.  When bulb is filled w/ water, squeezing it sprays water from snout of hat.  Water sprays up to 25 feet.
