Steampunk Bustle

Once upon a time, big hips were all the rage.  Women went to great lengths to accenuate their hips.  Corsets, hoop skirts and bustles.  However this bustle is meant to be worn on the outside of the skirt.  This bustle features a three tier design.   Top layer is brown and has the appearance of worn weathered leather.  The middle is a  multi-color paisley layer; and the bottom is a turquoise velvet layer.  Bustle is trimmed in brown lace with an elastic waist band top that secures around the waist for a comfortable fit and wear.
