Steampunk Pantaloons OS

Now, you can wear your Victorian underwear as your outerwear!  Victorian ladies wore pantaloons to preserve their modesty as they rode horses, bikes and soared through the sky in airships.  So make sure your steampunk character is wearing this essential garment!  These pantaloons are made from a soft polyester with an elastic waistband.  Garment is gathered with elastic under the knee with a 4 inch cuff trimmed in white lace.  Great for a saloon girl, steampunk lady or Victorian explorer.  Wear it under a skirt or just a corset for a more liberated look.  One size fits up to a 14-16.
