Steampunk Pinstripe Skirt

Mix one-part Victorian lady, with one-part saloon girl tease. This skirt brings all attention to your legs! Edgy and elegant. This unique wardrobe piece has a very high and flirty front-hem, with four tiers of cascading ruffles in the back. The front length is fully adjustable using drawstrings. Fabric is poly-cotton, in pale gray stripes, like a Charles Dickens’ aristocrat.  Pair it with a steel boned corset or off the shoulder blouse, sold separately.  Skirt has an elastic waistband in the back.  Medium fits waist size 27-29 inches, Large fits waist size 30-32 inches, XLarge fits waist size 33-35 inches.
