The Transgender Pride Flag was created by American Trans woman Monica Helms in 1999, and was first shown at a pride parade in Phoenix in the year 2000. The baby blue stripes are the traditional colors of a baby boy. Similarly, pink is the traditional color for a baby girl. The white in the middle symbolizes those who are transitioning between the two genders and those who don't identify with either. Flag is 3 feet by 4.5 feet in size. Flags are made from durable 200D Polyester. 200D is the perfect flag material; anything heavier doesn't fly well and the "back" doesn't get enough ink, anything lighter feels cheap and wont last very long. Flag has reinforced stitching on the edge and metal grommets for hanging. Perfect for homes, business, boats, windows or Pride parade.
